I will be your coach for the next 6 Weeks to guide and empower you to incredible results and   transform your mind and your lifestyle. Having worked with hundreds of clients, I understand your challenges. Believe me, I have been  there too. First, you must have complete clarity on what you want. Your desired outcome, and the reason WHY you want it.

 

The challenges of daily life, work, kids, family means your own health has not been  your priority.

I'm here to help you know that health is a priority, and your desire to achieve improved health, energy and confidence is possible and it is easy to achieve when you have the right system. The right plan, and the right actions to achieve those goals.  Even as a coach for the last 15 years, I have had cycles of being in peak shape, and not in such great shape. So during these years, I had to identify the exact success strategy that guarantees the right outcome.

Coach Carrie Schechter Kickboxing Instructor / Certified Nutrition Advisor


Carrie Schechter is an electrifying force of nature who puts a high-spirited energy into everything she does. She began her martial art training in So Back Do Mu Do Kwan. Carrie's been studying Kickboxing for over a decade while completing her ACE certification in fitness, nutrition, and wellness. Kickboxing led her to Muay Thai and Boxing, and she quickly fell in love with both. She's been teaching fitness classes and personal training for the past 15 years. In early 2016, Carrie became a Reebok Brand Ambassador & Reebok One Trainer. When not training Carrie is a celebrity, fashion and advertising photographer. She's recently moved from behind the camera to the front as a fitness model, partnering with several of the freshest fitness lines. Walking her talk and living the lifestyle she teaches, Carrie is experienced and successful at getting people to slay their goals!

"I had never done any diets until participating in the weight shred program because I just think that diets out there have too many restrictions and / or are too complicated.  I decided to give this a try because I was interested in seeing if it actually worked and if it was one of those restrictive and complicated diets.  The truth is it really works (I lost 11lbs.) and it is not complicated at all.  It's a very easy to follow diet that you'll somewhat memorize because you eat and drink a lot of water throughout the day at the same time everyday.  White these set times didn't work all the time because of my teaching, I made it work with my schedule. I pushed myself and when I didn't have time for the midday workout, I opted to be active another way such as: walk to Amerikick Kickboxing to make up for it.  Thanks to Coach Alex and other participants motivational words during our weekly meetings and on our private page, I stayed committed and motivated.  The other Kickboxing instructors also inspired me to work hard and stay focused.  I would recommend the program to anyone, especially people who are looking for easy to make, healthy, delicious recipes as they start a healthier lifestyle."

"Sometimes you hear of these weight loss programs that "WORK". HOW MANY CLASSES CAN I DO?

We recommend 2-3 classes per week, but you can do unlimited classes per week.  The harder you work the faster the reward

HOW LONG IS IT?

6 Weeks starting May 27, 2018, but if you register now, you can start now and the actual program will start on May 27, 2018. Everyone loves free classes ;-)

We will begin by having you attend at the least 2 sessions per week.  The classes will include very simple, fun and new workouts to keep you motivated and wanting for more.  You will be training while transforming.  Our goal for the shred program is to reduce the density of your skin fat, tighten and tone your body.
